Request Account Deletion

At Ztechx Inc., we value your privacy and control over your data. We are the developer and host for the Furlegsecosystem and the M-Pets mobile application.

In compliance with Google Play Data Safety policies, you may request the full deletion of your account and associated data for any of our supported applications at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

If you cannot access the deletion option within the app settings, you may initiate a request manually.

To proceed, please email us directly at: austin@furlegs.com

  • Subject Line: Account Deletion Request - [App Name: TapSafe OR M-Pets]

  • Body: Please delete my account and all associated data for the specified application.

    • App Name: (e.g., M-Pets)

    • Registered Email: (The email used to log in)

Note: For security purposes, we may send a confirmation email to verify your identity before processing the deletion.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently removed from our active databases:

  • Account Profile: Username, email address, and profile photos.

  • Pet Data: All registered pet profiles, TapSafe IDs, activity logs, and hazard scan history.

  • App Settings: Custom preferences and UI configurations specific to the app (TapSafe or M-Pets).

Data Retention

In accordance with financial regulations, Ztechx Inc. may retain specific anonymized transaction records (e.g., hardware purchase history or subscription records) for tax and accounting purposes for a period required by law. This data will be decoupled from your personal identity.

Timeline

We strive to process all data deletion requests within 30 days of verification.
